Who needs a Creativity Developer or Personal Development?
I work with everyone who wants to develop their creative potential, people who want to have a greater belief in themselves, their creativity and who want to discover the opportunities and possibilities for success that are available to them.
These are the types of people that I work with:
What strategies have you used to try to improve your creative life?
What worked? What didn’t?
Would you like to be more focused on your life again?
Get in touch and tell me your visions for your creative life and any concerns you have. Working with a creativity developer gives you respect and support while you work through your projects towards your objective. You can explore your creative personality and potential and also get specific with areas such as confidence building, defining your project, managing your time effectively, and many, many more.
This is the lovely thing about creativity development it focuses on YOU. You decide what area you want to work on and I will always be there to work with you and celebrate your achievements with you.
Thank you
Vivien McKnight
Here are just a few stories of people I have worked with recently.
Sonia had a passion to do something for children and families. She took the risk of leaving a well-paid job and opened a centre for children and parents focused on cultural integration and the learning of values and behaviours. She had to get creative about her own family life, as the change was enormous for her. She has also had to get creative about money matters, which hadn’t been a problem before.
George was a stay-at-home husband. He was a professional photographer who felt his professional efforts were never good enough. He got creative about his domestic tasks and this freed up his thinking about his photography. He has since opened a photographic studio and is doing well. He pays for someone else to do the domestic chores now.
Ben was a musician whose day job got in the way of his composing and playing. He changed his beliefs about himself and his creativity and as a result his passion is now his job.

Joaquin preferred the security of a 9–5 job but really wanted to have his own business. However, he felt that the risks would stress him out. He is currently well on the way to opening his own law practice. He has the stress levels under control and his whole persona has changed.
Caroline was unable to participate in class activities which involved speaking out. Her mum asked if I could help. We worked together using practices, habits and rituals from the stage. She passed her exams (including the orals) with flying colours and is now studying law in Barcelona.
Linus had a hidden desire to write a book but thought no-one would be interested. Convinced he wasn’t a writer, this project was on a back burner for a very long time. Having faced some of the demons that had been plaguing him he was able to get started and with some creative habits in place he is happy with the way things are developing.
Peter hated studying and had failed pretty well all his exams. He then identified his passion for drama and literature and has never looked back.
Andrew was a departmental director in a large organisation. He was going crazy and didn’t seem to have enough hours in the day. First he had to get creative with his leadership and managerial skills. He was very afraid of not seeming nice. We worked together on creative ways of managing his time and dealing with his staff, including investigating creative ways of making them more responsible.
